29TH ANNUAL FOUR CORNERS FIESTA June 11-13th 2010
The Show is limited to 85 booths There will be no refunds for any reason for withdrawal after June 5th, 2010. There will be an additional $25 charge for registrations received after June 5th, 2010
23th ANNUAL FALL COLOR FESTIVAL September 4 & 5th 2010
The show is limited to 85 booths. There will be no refunds for any reason for withdrawal after August 27th 2010. There will be an additional charge of $25 for regis- trations received after August 27th 2010.
| ELIGIBILITY: |
SEPTEMBER SHOW: All Vendor types are accepted at this show. A Non-profit area has been created for games and activities for kids as fundraisers for their organizations. A 501c3 letter must accompany each Non-profit application. |
| FEES: |
The space rental fee is $90 for each 14' x 14' space at each show. If you register for both shows by June 1st, 2010: the cost will be $160.00 ($80 per show) call for special non- profit rates. Refunds will not be made in case of inclement weather. Check, cash, credit card or money order are accepted. |
| BOOTH: |
Booth spaces are approximately 14' x 14' and will be assigned for best flow of the show. All exhibitors are required to provide their own display material, shade, and rain protection. Location requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. |
| PARKING: |
Please show respect for your customers and leave the curb parking for them. There will be vendor parking available in the parking lot west of the Dolores State Bank. Do not park in the Bank’s parking lot! |
| UNLOADING: |
NO VEHICLES ALLOWED IN THE PARK after the show has begun. (Only trailers for conducting business will be allowed to stay in the park) Sprinklers will be marked, drive carefully, your cost is $150 if you break one. If the grass is wet due to a rain you will NOT be allowed to bring a vehicle on the grass to unload. |
| SECURITY: |
The Cortez Cultural Center will furnish the security guard on Friday and Saturday nights at both shows. By signing the application the vendor agrees to participate in one or both Arts & Crafts shows in City Park at their own risk. The signing party agrees to indemnify and hold the Cortez Cultural Center, its agents, board and employees, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees in case it shall be necessary to file an action arising out of any bodily injury, death or property damage, which occur during the hours that said Arts & Crafts Show is in effect. |
| SALES TAX: |
ALL exhibitors are required to collect 7.4 percent sales tax. The City’s portion of Sales
tax will be collected at the close of the show on Sunday. |
| GENERAL: |
Vendor agrees not to sublet his space. Electricity is on a first come, first serve basis and has a $15 extra charge. Please do not leave your booth unattended during show hours. Plan to be with us during the duration of each show; early departures create a disruption in the show. Adherence to these rules will assure you an invitation to next year’s show. |
